All White Screen when selected iTunes and

Why "Apple TV4" iTunes and App Store Both show "White Screen" when I click these app and no selection for showing movie and apps while I point these app? I checked from apple store, they said that no problem for my hardware!

See Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method. You'd need a spare email address since AppleIDs are based around a unique email. You don't need to register a credit card. It would let you repeat the test you said they did in the store where it worked properly with a dummy account. Did you test your own account while in the store too? If you are certain the problem is account related then you can talk to the iTunes Store support team armed with that information. If on the other hand it still goes wrong with a brand new account then that would suggest the problem is elsewhere, either in the Apple TV itself or with your network equipment.

It is working fine for me here in the UK. It could be something specific to Hong Kong, or it could be your device, but either way I think you'll need Apple's own support team to get it resolved rather than the advice of fellow users, particularly if resetting the device to factory conditions hasn't helped. 😕


Hmm, one last thought. At your router are you using the ISP's DNS servers or something public like Google's at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4?
